FixLoop support access: Open or Ask me first
When FixLoop support can look at your workspace, and how the owner stays in control.
Sometimes the quickest way for us to help is to see what you see. FixLoop support can open your workspace to look. Support can only look, never change anything, and must write down a reason first.
Choose how it works
The owner opens Settings, then Privacy, picks one and presses Save:
- Open (the starting choice): support can look when helping you. This is the fastest help.
- Ask me first: support must ask, by email and here in FixLoop, and wait for your OK. When you allow it, it lasts 24 hours.
When support asks
- The owner gets an email, and a blue bar shows at the top of FixLoop: FixLoop support asks to look at your workspace, with the reason.
- Press Review to open Settings, Privacy.
- Press Allow for 24 hours or Not now. A request nobody answers ends on its own after 3 days.
To stop an OK early, press End now.
Asking us for help through Contact us while you are signed in also counts as an OK for 24 hours. This is for questions about using FixLoop, your account, or anything general. Messages about billing, privacy or legal notices don't count.
See every visit
Under What support looked at, the owner sees each visit: who looked, when, the reason, and the pages they opened.
To fix a security or technical problem, or when the law requires it, FixLoop may look without asking. If we do, we tell the owner afterwards.
Only the owner can change this setting. Everyone in the workspace can see it.
