Sign in, forgot password and change password
Sign in with your work email and a code on new devices, and reset or change your password.
Sign in
Go to Sign in and use your work email and password.
On a new device, FixLoop emails you a 6-digit code. Enter it to finish signing in. The code works for 10 minutes. Tick Remember this device for 30 days to skip the code next time, but leave it unticked on a shared computer.
After too many wrong passwords or codes, FixLoop pauses sign-in for that account for a short while. Wait 15 minutes, or reset your password.
Forgot your password
- On the sign in page, press Forgot password?
- Enter your work email and press Send reset link.
- Open the email and choose a new password of at least 10 characters. The link works once, for 1 hour.
Resetting your password signs you out on your other devices.
Change your password
Open Your profile, type your current password and a new one, then press Change password. You can change your name there too.
Sign out everywhere
Lost a phone or used a shared computer? Open Your profile and press Sign out everywhere. Every device will need a code next time.
Each person needs their own account. Please do not share passwords.
