Calls and texts from FixLoop
Giving a phone number is optional. We only call or text if you say yes, and stopping is easy.
The sign-up, book a call and contact forms have a box for your phone number. It is optional.
We call or text you only if you tick FixLoop can call or text me. Some calls may be automated or made by an AI assistant. Saying yes is never needed to use FixLoop or to buy it.
What to expect
- Calls come only between 8 am and 8 pm in your time zone.
- Calls are made by FixLoop's AI assistant, a computer voice. It says it is an AI at the start, and that the call may be recorded. It can answer questions about FixLoop and set up a live demo with a person from FixLoop. It can't make promises or offers.
- If we text you, it is about FixLoop, like confirming a demo time. Message and data rates may apply.
How to stop
- Reply STOP to any text.
- Say "stop calling" on a call.
- Or tell us through Contact us.
