Your data and privacy

FixLoop is run by Tech Empire Inc. in California, USA. Your business owns what your team puts into FixLoop. We do not sell it or use it for advertising.

Never enter

• Patient names or health details, or names and contact details of customers or members of the public.
• Card numbers, bank account numbers or government ID numbers.
• Passwords for other systems.

FixLoop is not built for health information, so do not use it for patient information.

What we keep

• Your account: name, work email, a scrambled copy of your password, and your settings.
• Your workspace: problems, causes, fixes, checks, sign-offs, activity, photos and files.
• Demo workspaces are deleted after two days.

Photos and files can only be opened by signed-in people in the same workspace.
