Payments, receipts and invoices
Paying by card or invoice, discount codes, receipts, and what to do if a payment fails.
Paying by card
When the owner chooses a plan, FixLoop opens Stripe's secure payment page. Pay by card, or another way Stripe shows there. The page asks for your billing address, and you can add your business tax ID. Card statements show FIXLOOP.
Discount codes
Have a code from us? Enter it on the payment page. A code can't be added on top of the founding price, so the code box shows when the founding price doesn't apply, for example on a yearly plan.
Receipts and invoices
Stripe emails a receipt after each payment. To see or download past invoices, the owner opens Settings, Billing, then Manage billing. You can also change the billing email, address, business name or tax ID there.
Pay by invoice
Prefer to pay by bank transfer? Contact us and we will set up your plan paid by invoice. Stripe emails an invoice each month or year. Pay it within 30 days, by bank transfer or card. Settings, Billing then shows By invoice.
If a card payment fails
- The owner sees an orange bar: Your last card payment didn't go through. Stripe also emails you a link to update your card.
- Press Update card, then Manage billing, and add a working card.
- Stripe tries the payment again over the next few days. Your workspace keeps working while it tries.
If every try fails, the plan is cancelled and your workspace becomes read only. Nothing is deleted: everyone can still look and export, and the owner can choose a plan again any time.
For an invoice that isn't paid yet, the owner sees an orange bar and Billing says Your last invoice hasn't been paid yet. Pay it from the invoice email, or find it under Manage billing.
Refunds
If FixLoop isn't right for you, ask within 30 days of your first payment. We refund it and the plan ends. Use Contact us.
Card details go straight to Stripe, our payment provider. FixLoop never sees your full card number.
