Reminders and emails

FixLoop sends emails so nothing is forgotten:

• New problem: to the owner when someone reports a problem.
• A fix needs you: when someone gives you a fix.
• Due soon and overdue: to the fix owner, 2 days before the due date and again if it becomes overdue.
• Did the fix hold?: to the people who can sign off, when verification is due.
• Ready to sign off: to the people who can sign off.
• It came back: to the owner, when a problem reopens.

Turn them off

Open Settings, then Notifications, and switch off Reminders and updates. This only changes emails to you. Invites and password reset emails are always sent, because you asked for them.

Check your spam folder if emails do not arrive. Reminders follow your workspace time zone.
