AI help: what it does and does not do

What it does

• Turns what someone typed or said into a clear write-up.
• Asks a few optional questions to fill gaps.
• Suggests a short-term fix, possible causes and a fix.
• Answers how-to questions in the Help panel.

What it does not do

• It never decides. People pick the cause and the fix.
• It never closes a problem. A named person signs off every one.
• It does not see your photos or files. Only the text is sent.

AI help uses Claude, made by Anthropic. Anthropic may not train its models on your text. When AI help is not on, FixLoop tidies your text with simple rules and sends nothing to an AI provider. Settings shows whether it is on.

Always read the draft before you save it. AI can get things wrong.
