Make safe / Containment
This is what was done right away to stop harm. For example: the chicken and dairy were moved to the front fridge. It is not the real fix. The real fix comes later, once you know the cause.
Supporting details
Anything else useful, like who was told, or the batch number. Answers to the quick questions are also kept here if you save without adding them to the write-up.
Short-term fix suggestions
When AI help is on, FixLoop may suggest something to do straight away. If you have done it, press Done it, add to Containment. If not, press Not yet, add as a to-do, and it is added to Supporting details.
Change it later
Open the problem and press Edit the write-up. The person who reported it, or the owner, can change it until the problem is closed. You can add more photos or files here too.
