Sign off, and quick close for minor problems

Who can sign off

The owner. The owner can also let team members sign off with the Team members can sign off switch in Settings. This helps if the owner is not always on site.

Sign off

1. When a problem is ready, the people who can sign off get an email, and it shows under Waiting on you on Home.
2. Open it and read the steps.
3. Press Sign off and close.

The problem shows as solved and signed off, with who signed it and when. You can save it as a PDF report.

Quick close for minor problems

Small slips do not always need a full root cause. If the owner switches on Quick close for minor problems in Settings, a minor problem at Root cause shows a Close as minor button. Only people who can sign off see it. It closes the problem without Root cause or a fix, and the record says it was closed as minor.
